Shed pays 19 million pounds for TwentyTwenty

Shed Media, in its continuing effort to bring more factual entertainment formats to the United States, has acquired TwentyTwenty for 19 million pounds. TwentyTwenty is responsible for hit television programs "Brat Camp", "Bad Lads' Army" and "That'll Teach 'Em". The effect of the acquisition on Shed's share price, as well as the scope of the deal, is discussed.
